Teams Pit	The General Teams Pit area is located inside the Cafeteria. (Please note : Teams Pit section should be accessible only by team members).

Direction will be available at the check-in desk.

This is where Soccer | Line | Maze Fields will be at.

There will be seatings inside the Gym for spectators, including parents, and mentors. The section for Competition fields is accessible only by team members and RCJ volunteers.

Preliminary Schedule

Please note: While the organizers will try their best to keep this schedule as planned, the exact schedule will remain somewhat fluid.

8:30 to 9:00 AM	Teams check-in. Enter through the Main Entrance.. There will be signs leading you to the check-in station. Obtain your team packet, and should proceed to your Team Pits area (see map)
9:00 AM	Spectators including parents start to check-in. Please wait until 9AM. Enter through the Main Entrance.
9:30 to 3:00	Competition
3:00 to 3:20	Presentation: Customized Robot Platform for Soccer Competition. Presented by: Mundial Robotics Dual - Two past RCJ Soccer participants Both have created a template soccer bot (with scaffolding design in mind) to spread robot soccer to the world, the name perfectly fits our cause. They were met with significant media coverage, such as being nationally televised in the country Columbia. Their work was featured in one of the country’s most prominent newspapers, meeting with the governor of Santander to discuss future robotics opportunities.

Most circled rooms shown in the diagram will be used for RCJ functions such as :

Technical interviews
Teams work area
RCJ organizers,etc.

Please do not enter these rooms (there will be signs for each room)

ONLY team members are allowed in the team pits area.. Repeated violation will risk the offending teams being removed from competition.

You are welcomed to sit at the bleachers inside the Gym where competitions take place. There will be plenty of outdoor seatings around the building as well.

Soccer, Line, and Maze :

Detailed Rounds schedule will be provided at check-in.
There will be network connectivity available at the Princeton High School’s open network. However, we cannot guarantee robust connectivity.

OnStage:

Parents / mentors, you will watch the performance inside the Onstage Performance Room.
